The characters are Ren from DearS, and Kazami Mizuho from Onegai Teacher.

It took me a little while to finish this one, but I think it looks fine ;P

I don't know anything about these characters but searching references of Mizuho, I noticed that there are tons of fan art, figurines and stuff about her, didn't know she was so popular, hope my drawing could be good enough then :XD:
